The second group meeting- discussion of development ideas
This is our second meeting that we had, it is where discussed the changes we had made in our ideas and how and why we did this.
Zanib on presentation
We have print screened the first clip of our presentation and put and arrow showing where Zanib was as you couldn't see her. We did this just to show that it was a team, joint task and that we all played a part.

This was one of our original ideas of where to film some of the documentary, but we decided that we didn't need to interview college students as it would be more effective if we maintained the same storyline and focus on one character throughout the five minute extract of the documentary.

Place considered filming reconstruction
We were considering filming our reconstruction here as it looked rather dull and a place where teenagers might come to drink but we decided against it because we have now opted for undercover filming rather than a reconstruction.

This is what was originally going to be our establishing shot, we chose this place because it is overlooking Rotherham but after a discussion in our group we decided that this would really limit our target audience.

Feedback from presentation- Least favourite idea
This is the least favourite idea from the information we were given when we handed out questionaires. The critism for the least favourite (short film) was 'most people within the local area are working class, using middle class may not appeal to them'. The critism for the music video was people don't seem to be a fan of Arctic Monkeys, and suggested maybe we change the music but it would have been a play on the words 'mardy bum' making a parody and play on some celebrities who take themselves too seriously.

Feedback from class of favourite ideas. Majority voted for the documentary because they said it was realistic and would connect well with our target audience and had good morales.
